Commercial properties are classified broadly into two types namely

[3] IT Parks: - These are special zones where there are subsidies offered to the builder for construction which the builder passes on to the buyer. However, the retail loans available for sourcing commercial property are very limited although it is available. The lenders for the same are also limited in comparison to the lenders for residential units.
